To connect Arka Inventory to QuickBooks Online, follow the below steps:

 

Step 1: Login to Arka 

Users need to login to the Arka Inventory application using the below URL:

Login URL - https://www.arkainventory.com/


Now use your login credentials to log in to Arka.


Step 2: 

  1. Once logged in, the user navigates to Arka Inventory. If not, you can find inand search for the ’Inventory’application.
  2. Now Search in 9 dots  for ’Companies‘, now open the created record ’QuickBooks Company’ click on the  button.   
  3. Then click on  , now the page will redirect to QuickBooks Login page for authentication.
  4. Allow QuickBooks Online to connect with Arka Inventory. After authentication, then click on  once the Process is complete the page will redirect to Arka. 
  5. Head to the 'Companies' record page, where you will see ’RealmId’ gets updated.
  6. Now that QuickBooks is connected with Arka successfully. 

 

Now head to the Warehouse module. in the warehouse record and choose Company Record from the drop-down list in the QuickBooks Company field. shown in below picture.

 

 

Step 3: 

QuickBooks objects sync direction: 

 

Arka Inventory and QuickBooks Online are tightly integrated and help you keep your books of accounts in tune with your inventory records.

 

The sync direction will be from Arka to QuickBooks. 

  • Purchase Orders in Arka as Expenses in QuickBooks. 

  • Packing Slips in Arka as Invoices inQuickBooks. 

 

Syncing Records from Arka Inventory to QuickBooks Online:

 

To Sync Purchase Orders in Arka as Expenses in QuickBooks

 

  1. Head to Purchase Orders module in Arka inventory and click on New to create a new purchase order and Provide required details like PO no, Warehouse, Supplier and Save.  
  2.  Now the page redirects to Add Products lines by clicking on   , click on save once all lines are added. 
  3. Now to Sync Purchase Orders to Quick books, enable check in sync checkbox field in QuickBooks sync section and save. 
  4. Refresh the page to see the response as “Record Successfully Synced to QuickBooks” in Accounting message field. 

 

To Sync Packing Slips in Arka as Invoices in QuickBooks.  

 

  1. Head to Packing Slips module in Arka inventory and click on New to create a new Packing Slip and  Provide required details like Invoice doc no, Warehouse, Account and Save.  
  2. Now, click on the Add / Edit Products button to Add Products lines by clicking on   , click on save once all lines are added. 
  3. Now to Sync Packing Slips to QuickBooks, enable check in sync checkbox field in QuickBooks sync section and save. 
  4. Refresh the page to see the response as “Record Successfully Synced to QuickBooks” in Accounting message field. 

 


Disconnecting Arka with QuickBooks.  

  • Head to Companies tab, now open the connected company record and click on the  button then Click on  button.
  • Now Arka has been disconnected from QuickBooks. 


Note: For any reconnection after disconnection, please do Step 1 and Step 2 processes again for connection establishment.
