Arka comes with quite a few reports out of the box. Then you can edit them or create your own reports as well.
To access the report in Arka, Go to Reports > All Folders
Important reports include:
1. Inventory: This report shows inventory in each warehouse, its total value, and average per unit cost.
2. Profit & Margin: This report shows the total quantity sold, sales value, total cost, average selling price, per unit cost & the margin on each product.
3. Product Cost Structure: This report shows each material and service cost component contributing to the total cost of the product. However, in this report sub-total for unit cost will not be correct, unit cost is only to check by line.
4. CycleCount variance: You can track the variance between physical and system quantities and the corresponding value of a stock using this report. This report is populated only when you complete the posting of stock adjustment in the cycle count.
5. Cost Allocated: This report shows service costs allocated to products through production orders.
Accessing the Reports:
In Arka Application click on the "Reports" tab then Go to the "Folder" Section under the "All Folders" tab.
Here, to see the All created Reports Like "Arka Inventory Reports", "Arka Assets Reports" etc.
By clicking on "Arka inventory Reports" Now you can see all the created reports like "Inventory Dashboard", "Consumer Sales Order Report", "Supplier Purchase Orders Report", and "Inventory Opening and Closing Stock Report".etc
Creating Your Own Reports:
In Arka Application click on the "Reports" tab .then click on the "New Report"Button.
In that, You have to select the "Category" to "All" It will be shown the "Report Types" You have to Select a Report and then click on the "Start Report"Button.
Reports are highly customizable based on the records data present in all the other modules like "Purchase Orders", "Sales Orders", "Production Orders" and so on
Field | Description |
Warehouse | Warehouse to which the transaction is recorded |
Inventory Value | Inventory value of the transaction. This will be positive for transactions contributing to an increase in inventory, like purchases, and will be negative for transactions contributing to a decrease in inventory, like sales. |
Inventory Quantity | Inventory quantity of the transaction. This will be positive for transactions contributing to an increase in inventory like purchases and will be negative for transactions contributing to a decrease in inventory like sales. |
Transaction Type | Nature of the transaction. Following are the types of transactions in Arka:

Date | Date of the transaction |
Unit Cost | Unit cost for the transaction |
Tag | Any tag associated with the transaction |
Sales Quantity | This field will be 0 for transactions other than sales and will represent quantity sold only for Sales transactions recorded through goods issue. |
Sales | This field will be 0 for transactions other than sales and will represent total sales value only for Sales transactions recorded through goods issue. |
Note: You will see many other fields but all the fields are used for back-end calculations and should not be used in the reports without contacting our support team.
