Process Of Creating Back Order:
The "Outbound" contains Production lines if the "Quantity" is not available we have to create a" Backorder" for the production.
the Creating Back Order Feature is available in the "Production", "Outbound" etc.
Creating Back Order:
In Arka Application click on the "Outbound" tab in that Recently view to "Backorders".
In that Backorder click on the "Create Back Order" button.
After clicking on "Back Order it will show the "Search " tab we have to enter the "Ref no" to get the details of the Backorder products along with the "Available " and "Backorder" Quantity. To select all Feilds and click on "Save".
After that, it will be shown the tab with the details of "Warehouse", "Product", "Quantity", "Price", "Supplier" and "Tax"
provide all these details click on "Save".
